Self-service in the app
- Legal documents: Privacy Policy · Terms & Conditions (also linked from Profile → menu).
- Account deletion: Profile → menu (⋮) → Delete account. This is intended to permanently remove your account and core app data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Safety: report videos or comments and block users from the flows provided in the feed and moderation screens; manage blocked accounts from Profile where available.
What to include in your email
- The email address associated with your account (if any).
- Device model and OS version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18).
- App version or build if you know it.
- A short description of the issue, steps to reproduce, and screenshots or a screen recording if possible.
